Set within an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, this project involves the restoration and complete reimagining of a private villa, carefully balancing contemporary living with the character of its rural setting. While the existing external form has been retained, the 250 sqm interior has been entirely reconfigured to create a more open, connected, and light-filled home.

The new layout is tailored to the client's lifestyle, drawing inspiration from local vernacular architecture to inform the proportions, material palette, and relationship between spaces. Traditional materials and craftsmanship are reinterpreted through a contemporary lens, creating interiors that feel both rooted in their context and distinctly modern.

Currently under construction, the project is scheduled for completion in mid 2027.
