Located within a new development in Broadway, Farmer J occupies two adjoining commercial units in a prominent position just outside St James’s Park Station. The design is closely driven by operational flow, responding to both the high footfall of the area and the brand’s specific requirements for preparation and collection.

The 300 sqm space is organised with a clear spatial logic: the main unit opens directly onto the counter and kitchen, while seating wraps around the perimeter, creating a continuous and informal dining environment. The second, smaller unit is dedicated entirely to back-of-house functions, supporting the efficiency of daily operations.
