The design of this Farmer J restaurant was developed from concept through to completion as a fully integrated process, closely coordinated with the kitchen layout, operational flow, and a bespoke mechanical ventilation strategy.

The project was particularly challenging due to the low ceiling height and the existing castellated beams, which required careful coordination of services and lighting.

The design was further enhanced through close collaboration with lighting designers There’s Light and lighting artisans Ty Syml, helping to shape the atmosphere of the space.
